Registering Your Agency with Vacation Express
For new agencies eager to partner with Vacation Express, the registration process is straightforward. If your agency holds a valid IATA, CLIA, TRUE, or ARC accreditation, you can initiate your application today. Simply email our dedicated sales support team at [email protected]. A member of our friendly team will promptly reply with all the necessary information to complete your registration. Once your agency’s details are processed in our system, you will receive an email invitation to create your unique username and password. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for your account to become fully active after you’ve set up your login credentials. To add agents to your agency’s roster, simply log into the Travel Agent Portal and navigate to the New Agent Registration link located in the My Tools section.
Adding New Agents to an Existing Vacation Express Agency
If you are a new agent joining an agency that is already registered with Vacation Express, your agency administrator needs to add you to their account. As a new agent, you cannot register independently if your agency is already in our system. Kindly request your agency owner or administrator to log into their existing Vacation Express profile. They can easily add you as a new agent through the New Agent Registration link within the My Tools area of the Travel Agent Portal. Once your agency administrator has completed this step and your details are in our system, you will receive an email guiding you on how to create your personal username and password. Remember, it can take up to 24 hours for your new agent account to activate after you create your login details. Direct requests to SalesSupport@VacationExpress for agent additions will not be processed, ensuring all agent setups are correctly managed through the agency’s primary account.
Registration for Agents Affiliated with Host Agencies
For new agents who are affiliated with a host agency that is already partnered with Vacation Express, the registration process is managed through your host agency. Please contact your host agency administrator and request to be added as a new agent under their umbrella. Your host agency administrator will follow a similar process to registered agencies, adding you via their Vacation Express account. After your host agency has added your information, you will receive an email with instructions on setting up your username and password. Allow up to 24 hours for your account to become active after you have created your login. Please be aware that requests sent directly to SalesSupport@VacationExpress for agent registration under host agencies will not be actioned; all agent registrations must be initiated by the host agency administrator.
