If you need to return an item, most unused products can be returned for a refund or exchange within 90 days of purchase, excluding shipping costs, unless otherwise stated in the exceptions below. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method, with some exclusions for in-store returns.

If you prefer to return your web order in person, you can bring the item in its original packaging along with your invoice to any of our retail locations for a refund or exchange. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds for web orders processed in-store will be issued as a GIFT CARD or MAILED CHECK only; some exclusions might apply.
For purchases made at our retail locations with a receipt, returns of unused and unopened items with the original sales receipt are eligible for a full refund or exchange. Returns made with a gift receipt will receive store credit equivalent to the item’s purchase price at the time of purchase.
Returns without a receipt for retail purchases will be processed as a store merchandise credit, issued at the lowest price the item has been sold for within the last 90 days. A valid state-issued driver’s license or state ID card is required for returns without a receipt. We reserve the right to refuse returns made without a receipt.
Good Sam Members with continuous active membership may return any unused and unopened product purchased on or after February 9, 2018, at any time, with some exclusions applying. Good Sam Club membership must be active at the time of the original product purchase.
For Good Sam Protection Plans, returns can be processed in-store or by calling us at 1-888-626-7576. Purchases made with a personal check may be subject to a 14-day hold period before the return can be finalized.
Exceptions & Exclusions for RV Parts
Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to outboard motors, trolling motors, EPIRBs, boats, SPOT devices, life rafts, PLBs, Class B AIS, items with expiration dates, custom-made or special-order items, rigging, generators, electronic charts, mattresses, flares, hazardous materials, licenses, and gift cards. For these non-returnable items, if a defect is found, returns or exchanges must be handled directly with the manufacturer. This list notably excludes travel trailer propane regulators, which are generally returnable under our standard policy if unused and within the timeframe.
Items that can be returned within 30 days if unopened and unused include electronics, skateboards, bikes, software, bedding, canoes, tents, drones, and kayaks. After 30 days, defective returns or exchanges for these specific product categories must be handled directly with the manufacturer.
Clearance and Outlet items are sold in “as-is” condition and are not eligible for returns at any time.
Once an RV part, including a travel trailer propane regulator, has been installed, we cannot accept a return or exchange. If an installed product becomes defective, product returns or exchanges must be addressed directly with the manufacturer under their warranty policy.
Returns involving promotional discounts will be prorated. The value of any discount, free product, or gift card received as part of a promotion will be deducted from the refund amount for returned items. Items received as free gifts in promotions can only be exchanged if they are damaged or defective, and only for a direct replacement. Gift cards are non-exchangeable for cash and cannot be applied to previous purchases.
