At Bcozzy, we understand the importance of comfort, especially when it comes to travel. We stand behind our Bcozzy Travel Pillow and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, our return and exchange policy is designed to be as straightforward as possible.

Easy Returns and Exchanges within 30 Days

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return or exchange your bcozzy travel pillow. To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure the product is in its original condition – unused, unworn, and with all tags still attached. This helps us ensure the quality of our products for all our customers.

To initiate a return or exchange, simply email our customer support team at [email protected]. Our team is ready to assist you and will provide you with detailed instructions on how and where to send your bcozzy travel pillow back to us. Please do not return your product to the address on the packing slip, as this will cause delays in processing your refund or exchange. Returns not received within the 30-day timeframe unfortunately cannot be honored.

Customer Responsible for Return Shipping

Please note that we currently do not offer free returns or exchanges. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the bcozzy travel pillow back to us. While we will refund you the purchase price of the returned product, shipping charges are non-refundable.

Defective Bcozzy Travel Pillows

BCOZZY LLC takes full responsibility for the quality of our bcozzy travel pillows. If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately at [email protected], and include photos clearly showing the defect. We will gladly replace any defective bcozzy travel pillow, and in these cases, BCOZZY LLC will cover all shipping costs associated with the return and replacement.

Processing Time for Returns and Exchanges

Once we receive your returned bcozzy travel pillow, please allow up to 14 business days for us to process your return or exchange and issue a refund. If you haven’t heard from us after 14 business days, please reach out to us at [email protected] with your tracking number so we can investigate the status of your return.

Important Information for International Customers

For customers outside of the USA, please be aware that customs fees may apply to replacement items, depending on the import regulations of your country. BCOZZY LLC is not responsible for any customs charges.

In the event that you refuse delivery of your bcozzy travel pillow due to import taxes, customs duties, or fees, BCOZZY LLC reserves the right to deduct the return shipping costs from your refund once the item is received back at our warehouse.
