Our cottages are designed to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests, featuring a thoughtful layout that includes one bathroom and two separate bedrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, while the second bedroom offers two twin beds, ideal for children or additional guests. For extra sleeping space, each cottage includes a futon in the living area that easily converts into a queen bed.
Step inside to find a welcoming living area and a dedicated dining space, perfect for family meals or evening relaxation. Each cottage boasts a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a stove, microwave, top freezer refrigerator, and basic cooking utensils. A double sink and flat screen cable HDTV enhance the convenience and entertainment options within your rental. Enjoy modern comforts such as central AC/heat, ensuring a pleasant temperature no matter the season. We’ve also included a Keurig coffee maker and toaster for your morning routines, plus an additional flat screen cable HDTV in the main bedroom for added luxury. Extend your living space outdoors onto the covered porch area, furnished with comfortable seating, and enjoy additional outdoor seating around a private firepit – perfect for evening gatherings under the stars.
Please note that our cottage rentals are designed for your convenience and comfort, but certain items are not included. To ensure you have everything you need for your stay, please remember to bring your own linens (sheets and pillowcases), towels, washcloths, dish towels, paper products, and dish cloths.
Important Information Regarding Security Deposit:
For bookings from January 2025 onwards, a $200 security deposit will be required. This deposit is payable when your balance payment is made and will be promptly refunded to you, provided the cottage is left in satisfactory condition upon your departure. Refunds will be credited back to the card on file, except for payments made more than 6 months prior, which will be refunded by check. Please allow up to 21 days to receive check refunds, while card credits will be processed as quickly as possible.
