What Items Can Be Returned?
You can return or exchange most Zoe products within 30 days of your purchase to receive a complete refund or store credit equivalent to the purchase price. It’s important to note that returned items must be in pristine, brand new condition. This means they should be unused, without any scratches, no scuff marks on the wheels from outdoor use, and must include all original tags and packaging. Think of it like ensuring the double travel stroller is still in the same perfect condition it arrived in, ready for a new family if it doesn’t perfectly fit your needs.
Understanding Your Refund
While we happily provide free return shipping for eligible returns, please be aware that the original shipping fees (Ground, Express, or Overnight) are non-refundable.
Assuming the returned double travel stroller and any accompanying items are in excellent, resalable condition, you are entitled to a full refund of your purchase price.
In the rare instance that a returned item shows signs of use beyond indoor testing, such as being taken for a spin around the neighborhood, a restocking fee of up to 50% might be applied. Examples of situations that could incur restocking fees include:
