We use UPS for all domestic shipments. Enjoy free ground shipping on all orders over $200. For orders under $200, a flat $8 ground shipping fee applies. Need your ladies travel vest in a hurry? We also offer UPS expedited shipping options at discounted real-time rates, calculated directly to your address. Please note that UPS Next Day Air orders shipped on Friday will arrive on Monday. Saturday delivery can be arranged for certain locations for an additional charge; simply reach out to our Customer Service Team if you require Saturday delivery.
UPS ground shipping map for domestic orders
For our international customers excited to explore the world with their new ladies travel vest, we ship via both UPS and US Postal Service. Shipping costs for international orders are calculated by the carrier and depend on the destination and the weight of your package. For USPS shipments, your local postal service will handle the delivery once the package arrives in your country. To find out the exact shipping costs before placing your order for a ladies travel vest, simply add the vest to your cart and proceed to checkout. You’ll be able to view the shipping costs without needing to finalize your purchase.
Important for international orders: Please be aware that international shipping costs do not cover any duties, tariffs, or brokerage fees. You will be responsible for paying these fees upon delivery of your ladies travel vest. Contact your local customs office for an estimate of these potential charges. Please note that SCOTTeVEST cannot issue refunds for the cost of your ladies travel vest or the original shipping fees if you refuse to pay these additional charges.
Easy Returns and Exchanges for Peace of Mind
We want you to be completely happy with your ladies travel vest. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we gladly accept returns or exchanges, provided the item meets the following conditions:
- It is in new, resalable condition.
- It has not been washed, worn, or altered in any way.
- All original hangtags are still attached.
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is included with your return (Click here to obtain RMA number).
- The item is returned within the specified timeframe outlined below.

We offer extended return and exchange windows during the holiday season. For the 2024 holiday season, RMA numbers must be requested by January 7, 2025.
Exceptions to our Policy
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Outlet Items
- Items Marked “All Sales Final – No Returns Or Exchanges”
- Gift Boxes
- Underwear that has been removed from its original packaging (for hygiene reasons and legal requirements).
For returns, customers are responsible for the shipping costs to send the item back to our warehouse. For exchanges within the USA, you will cover the shipping to return the original ladies travel vest to us, and we will cover the ground shipping to send the exchanged item back to you. For international exchanges, you are responsible for both the return shipping of the original item and the shipping cost for the replacement item.
