Hattiesburg has welcomed a brand-new Love’s Travel Stop, marking a significant boost for the local economy with the creation of 120 new jobs. The 24-hour travel center opened its doors on October 25th, offering a wide array of services and prepared food options for travelers and the Hattiesburg community.

Located conveniently off Interstate 59 at U.S. 98 East, at 283 Ira Hudson Road, the new Love’s Travel Stop is set to become a key hub for those journeying through the region. Travelers can take advantage of amenities designed for comfort and convenience, including RV hookups, private showers, and laundry facilities. Even four-legged travel companions are catered to with an on-site dog park.

For food options, the Hattiesburg Love’s features both Love’s Fresh Kitchen, offering a variety of prepared meals, and a popular Arby’s restaurant. This provides diverse dining choices for visitors and truck drivers alike, ensuring that everyone can find something to satisfy their hunger during their travels.

Celebrating its 60th anniversary, Love’s Travel Stops continues to expand its national footprint, now boasting over 650 locations across 42 states. The Hattiesburg location itself is substantial, spanning more than 10,000 square feet with ample parking for 84 tractor-trailers and 52 cars.

Loyal Love’s customers will be pleased to know that the Love’s Connect app benefits are available at this new location. Users can save 10 cents per gallon on gasoline or 15 cents per gallon on diesel fuel for automobiles, along with accessing deals on snacks, food, and drinks within the store.

In a gesture of community support, Love’s Travel Stop demonstrated its commitment to Hattiesburg by donating $5,000 to the United Way of Southeast Mississippi at the grand opening. The facility is committed to ongoing support for local community initiatives throughout the year.
