Security Deposit Information
Please note a security deposit policy is in effect for cottage rentals. Effective January 2025, a $200 security deposit is required. This deposit will be collected when your balance payment is made. Provided the cottage is left in satisfactory condition upon your departure, the deposit will be refunded. Refunds will be credited back to the card on file. For payments made more than 6 months prior, refunds will be issued by check, which may take up to 21 days to receive.
