Simple Steps to Reserve Your Travel Camp
We offer multiple, user-friendly methods to book your travel camp location, providing flexibility to suit your preferences:
- Online via WebTrac: For the most immediate access to availability and booking, use our WebTrac online portal. This real-time system allows you to check open spots and secure your reservation instantly.
- By Phone: Prefer a personal touch? Call our dedicated line, and our helpful staff will guide you through the travel camp reservation process over the phone. Please remember that phone reservations require full payment at the time of booking.
- In Person: If you’re nearby or prefer to handle things face-to-face, you can make your travel camp booking in person at our Outdoor Recreation Facility. Similar to phone bookings, in-person reservations require full payment upon confirmation.
Important Travel Camp Reservation Policies
- Plan Ahead with Advance Booking: To ensure you get your desired dates, especially during peak seasons or holidays, take advantage of our advance booking option. Reservations are accepted up to one year in advance, giving you ample time to plan your travel camp getaway.
- Understanding Cancellations and Changes: We recognize that travel plans can sometimes change unexpectedly. To receive a full refund for your travel camp reservation, we kindly request that all cancellations or modifications be made at least one week (7 days) prior to your scheduled check-in day. Please be aware that refunds are not issued due to inclement weather conditions.
Travel Camp Check-In and Check-Out Procedures
- Check-In Location and Time: Check-in is located at the main Outdoor Recreation Facility. Travel camp check-in time begins at 2 p.m. Upon arrival, you will need to present a valid ID for eligibility verification and your current vehicle registration. It’s important to note that the authorized ID cardholder must be present throughout the entire duration of your stay at the travel camp. Once checked in, you will be provided with a gate code for easy access to the campground.
- After-Hours Check-In Arrangements: If you anticipate arriving outside of regular hours, please make prior arrangements for after-hours check-in. Detailed instructions regarding after-hours procedures and check-in times will be available on your reservation receipt. For your convenience, after-hours check-in packets can be found in the designated pick-up box at the Outdoor Recreation Center.
- Check-Out Location and Time: Check-out for the travel camp is also at the Outdoor Recreation Facility. We request that you complete your check-out by 12 p.m. on your scheduled departure day. To finalize the check-out process, please ensure a guest check-out form is submitted.
