Article 1: Purpose of the Terms
These terms and conditions are designed to outline the conditions, procedures, rights, and responsibilities for users accessing Canadavisa-eta.org and applying for a Canada Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) through our service. By using Canadavisa-eta.org, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Article 2: Scope and Amendments to Terms
- The regulations provided on the Canadavisa-eta.org website for applicants using the site are detailed within these Terms and Conditions. By agreeing to these terms, applicants can utilize our application processing services.
- Decisions regarding service usage provided to applicants by Canadavisa-eta.org are also integral to these Terms and Conditions. Membership is granted and these terms are accepted upon agreement.
- Canadavisa-eta.org reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice to members, and members consent to such modifications.
Article 3: Notifications from the Site
- In situations beyond those mentioned in the preceding article, Canadavisa-eta.org may provide necessary notifications to applicants as deemed essential.
- Notifications as described in the preceding clause are considered to be effectively communicated to all applicants upon display within the service platform.
Article 4: Service Availability
- Canadavisa-eta.org aims to provide services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, in principle. However, service interruptions may occur temporarily without prior notice due to scheduled maintenance or other unforeseen reasons.
Article 5: Membership Definition
- A “member” refers to an applicant who has applied for registration to request eTA processing through Canadavisa-eta.org and has consented to these Terms and Conditions.
Article 6: Member Personal Information
- To utilize Canadavisa-eta.org services, applicants are required to submit personal information, which is registered as personal data in our database. This information includes: English name, date of birth, gender, contact number, email address, passport details (passport number, issue date, expiration date, issuing country), and country of residence.
- Canadavisa-eta.org manages registered information as personal data and will not disclose it to third parties, except in the following circumstances:
(1) With the member’s consent.
(2) When disclosure is required by law or legal obligations.
(3) When disclosed in a manner that does not personally identify the individual.
(4) When necessary for system maintenance and operational management.
(5) When necessary for the operation of Canadavisa-eta.org.
Article 7: Approval of Registration
- Membership registration is approved by Canadavisa-eta.org from the moment an applicant agrees to the Terms and Conditions, and a membership contract based on these terms is established.
Article 8: Rejection and Cancellation of Registration
- Based on the review results in the preceding article, Canadavisa-eta.org may refuse registration or delete application information if an applicant falls under any of the following categories:
(1) If there are false entries, errors, or omissions in the registration application details.
(2) If the registration application was not completed according to the prescribed procedures of this site.
(3) If the applicant does not actually exist.
(4) If the site otherwise deems the applicant unsuitable for membership. - Even after membership approval, Canadavisa-eta.org may cancel membership and delete application information if it is found that the approved member falls under any of the categories in the preceding paragraph.
Article 9: Prohibition of Information Use
- Members are prohibited from reproducing, reprinting, selling, publishing, or using any information obtained through this service for commercial or private purposes, unless Canadavisa-eta.org has granted explicit approval (including obtaining approval from any third party holding rights to the information through this website).
Article 10: Service Content
- The specifics of the services provided are determined separately by Canadavisa-eta.org.
- The terms of service and operational methods for the service are also determined separately by Canadavisa-eta.org.
- Canadavisa-eta.org may change, add to, or suspend all or part of the service content, terms of service, or operational methods without prior notice or consent from members, and members agree to this.
Article 11: Deletion of Information
- Personal information registered by a member within this service is completely deleted immediately upon request from the customer and no personal information is retained.
- Member information management and operation methods:
- For both paid and unpaid service applications, customer information related to eTA applications and personal details are managed and stored on Canadavisa-eta.org’s servers for 5 years, unless a separate request for deletion is made by the customer. After 5 years (the validity period of the eTA), customer information is deleted and Canadavisa-eta.org does not retain any customer information.
Article 12: Disclaimer Regarding Service Application Results
- Canadavisa-eta.org acts as an agent to process eTA applications based on the information provided by the applicant. The decision regarding the application outcome rests solely with the Canadian Government. Therefore, Canadavisa-eta.org assumes no responsibility for the application results.
- Canadavisa-eta.org is also not liable for eTA application results arising from incorrect or erroneous information provided by the applicant on this website.
Article 13: Temporary Service Interruption
- Canadavisa-eta.org may temporarily suspend services without prior notice to members in the event of any of the following:
(1) When performing regular or emergency maintenance on the service system.
(2) When service provision becomes impossible due to fire, power outage, etc.
(3) When service provision becomes impossible due to natural disasters such as earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, floods, or tsunamis.
(4) When service provision becomes impossible due to war, disturbances, riots, civil unrest, labor disputes, etc.
(5) In other cases where the website deems temporary service interruption necessary for operational or technical reasons. - Canadavisa-eta.org shall not be held liable for any damages incurred by members or other third parties due to delays or interruptions in service provision for reasons other than those listed in the preceding paragraph.
Article 14: Prohibited Activities
- Members agree not to engage in the following activities while using this service:
(1) Actions that infringe on the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of other members, third parties, or this website.
(2) Actions that infringe on the property, privacy, etc., of other members, third parties, or this website.
(3) Actions that defame or slander other members, third parties, or this website.
(4) Transmitting or writing harmful computer programs, etc.
(5) Actions that cause disadvantage to third parties.
(6) Actions for commercial purposes using this service.
(7) Actions that violate public order and morals.
(8) Actions linked to criminal activity.
(9) Other actions that violate laws and regulations. - If a member causes damage to a third party while using this service, the member shall resolve the issue at their own expense and responsibility and must not cause harm to this website.
- Canadavisa-eta.org assumes no responsibility for any damages incurred by members due to the use of this service and has no obligation to compensate for damages.
- If a member violates these Terms and Conditions and causes damage to Canadavisa-eta.org, this website may claim compensation for damages from the member.
Article 15: Changes and Error Reporting
- If a member has provided incorrect information to Canadavisa-eta.org during the eTA application process, they can request changes. However, change requests must be made before eTA approval is completed. Members must understand that changes may be difficult to implement after eTA approval (as indicated on Canadavisa-eta.org).
- This website is not responsible for any disadvantages to the member due to failure to report errors or change requests made after eTA approval is completed.
Article 16: Expulsion and Disciplinary Measures
- If a member falls under any of the following categories, Canadavisa-eta.org may expel the member, temporarily suspend the use of their ID, or revoke membership資格 without prior notice or demand:
(1) If false information was provided during registration application.
(2) If an ID or password is used improperly.
(3) If service operation is interfered with.
(4) If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is violated.
(5) If the website otherwise deems the member unsuitable for membership. - If Canadavisa-eta.org incurs damages because a member falls under any of the categories in the preceding paragraph, this website may claim compensation for damages regardless of whether the member is expelled from the service or their ID use is temporarily suspended.
Article 17: Refund Policy
- Once the Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) approval service is completed (application submission and approval result notification by our staff), cancellation of approval is not possible in principle. Therefore, customer refund requests are not permitted.
- Cancellation and refunds are possible before service completion.
- Cancellation Requirements: Cancellation and refunds are only possible before Canada eTA application submission and Canada eTA approval.
* Item 1 above applies after approval processing or during approval pending status.

- Cancellation and refund requests are processed within the same day.
Article 18: Membership Withdrawal
- Members wishing to withdraw should promptly indicate their intention to Canadavisa-eta.org. To request withdrawal, please apply for withdrawal via Canadavisa-eta.org email.
- Withdrawal application does not imply cancellation of service application processing. Application cancellation is possible at any time. However, application cancellation is only possible before processing is completed. If processing is completed, application cancellation is not possible, and the application processing fee is non-refundable. To request application cancellation, please use the Canadavisa-eta.org cancellation system.
Article 19: Service Termination
- Canadavisa-eta.org may terminate the provision of this service after notifying members with a one-month notice period.
- Notification in the preceding paragraph is considered to be accepted by all members from the point it is displayed on Canadavisa-eta.org for one month.
- Canadavisa-eta.org is exempt from claims for damages from members or third parties arising from service termination by undergoing the procedures in the preceding paragraph.
Article 20: Responsibility for ID and Password Management
- Members are responsible for the use and management of their assigned approval number, etc., obtained through application to Canadavisa-eta.org.
- Members may not transfer, lend, or allow third parties to use their ID and password issued by Canadavisa-eta.org.
- Canadavisa-eta.org is not responsible for damages incurred by a member due to their ID and password being used by another third party, regardless of whether the member’s intention or negligence is involved. If a member forgets their ID or password, they should immediately apply to Canadavisa-eta.org and follow the website’s instructions. Furthermore, use of this service through the relevant ID and password is deemed to be by the member in question.
Article 21: Temporary ID Suspension
- If Canadavisa-eta.org deems it highly urgent, it may suspend the use of a member’s ID without obtaining the member’s consent, and members agree to this in advance.
- Canadavisa-eta.org assumes no responsibility even if a member cannot use the service due to the measures taken in the preceding paragraph and incurs damages as a result.
Article 22: Jurisdiction
- If litigation becomes necessary between a member and Canadavisa-eta.org, the district court of the location of the head office shall be the court of jurisdiction between the member and Canadavisa-eta.org.
