To ensure a full refund, we kindly ask that you keep items in new condition and avoid outdoor use during the trial period.
What Can Be Returned?
You can return or exchange most Zoe products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or store credit. To be eligible for a return, items must be in brand new condition, unused, unscratched, free from wheel tread scuff marks, and include all original tags and packaging. This allows you to thoroughly inspect your travel double stroller and ensure it meets your expectations right out of the box.
Refunds: What to Expect
While we happily provide free return shipping, please note that original shipping charges for Ground, Express, or Overnight services are non-refundable.
As long as your returned travel double stroller and accessories are in pristine condition, you will receive a full refund for the purchase price.
In the rare event that a returned item shows signs of use beyond in-home testing, such as being used for extensive travel or outdoor excursions, a restocking fee of up to 50% may be applied. Examples of situations that may incur restocking fees include:
- $25 fee for used wheels showing wear and tear from outdoor use.
- $20 fee if the item is not returned with all original packaging.
- $25 fee if the item requires cleaning due to pet hair, food stains, or other soiling.
If your return does not meet the conditions for a refund, even with a restocking fee, our Customer Experience team will contact you to discuss options. These may include shipping the item back to you or offering a partial store credit. We strive to address these situations during the returns approval process.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit. If you are returning a gift, please note that the refund will be issued as store credit only.
Once your returned travel double stroller is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed within 5 business days. You will receive a separate email notification when the refund has been processed, although it may take additional time for the credit to appear on your credit card statement depending on your bank.

We value our customers everywhere, but unfortunately, exchanges are not currently processed for locations outside the contiguous United States, including Hawaii, Alaska, and international addresses. For customers in these areas needing an exchange, please return the item for a refund and then repurchase the desired item separately.
For savvy shoppers, please be aware that items purchased during significant sale events such as Warehouse Sales or Black Friday/Cyber Monday may be designated as final sale and ineligible for returns. Always review the terms of special discount offers before purchasing, as these items may be final sale. Gift cards are also non-refundable. However, our standard 30-day trial period generally applies to our travel double strollers purchased outside of these specific promotional events, giving you peace of mind with your purchase.
