Like many who embark on this journey, my early attempts at travel photography were met with mixed results. Looking back at photos from trips taken five or six years ago, the reality was often a harsh lesson in photographic imperfection. 1-5% good shots, 10-15% decent shots, and roughly 85% that were, to put it bluntly, not great.
