Advance Reservations Required: Party car rentals must be booked ahead of time to secure your date.

Rental Fee: The rental is $200.00 for a 3-hour period. This includes a $50 refundable deposit for cleaning and potential damage, and a $150 base rental fee.

3-Hour Timeframe: Your 3-hour rental includes all the time you need for setting up, hosting your party, and cleaning up afterwards.

Party Car Amenities: Each party car is equipped for your convenience with tables, chairs, a refrigerator-freezer to keep refreshments cold, air conditioning for warmer days, and heating for cooler weather.

Car Capacity: Choose the right car for your party size. The Pennsylvania Dining Car (also known as the Brown Car) comfortably accommodates 20-30 guests, while the Southern Pacific Car (Green Car) can host 30-40 people.

Travel Town Museum understands that unforeseen circumstances like rain can occur. In the event of rain on your scheduled party day, Travel Town will provide a full refund. However, it is important to contact the Travel Town office to cancel before the end of your scheduled party day. If no contact is made, and the event is missed, it will be considered a “no-show,” the original date will be cancelled without prior notice, and the standard cancellation fee will apply. If you need to reschedule after a cancellation, you will need to revisit the lapark.org/traveltown website and complete the reservation process again.
