If, for any reason, you need to return a part, most unused items can be returned for a refund or exchange, minus shipping costs, within 90 days from the purchase date. Please note that some exceptions and exclusions apply, which are detailed below. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method, except for certain in-store returns.

For added convenience, web orders can also be returned in-store. Simply bring the item in its original packaging along with your purchase invoice to any of our Camping World retail locations. While shipping charges are non-refundable for web orders, returning in-store offers a quick solution. Please be aware that refunds for web orders processed in-store are typically issued as a GIFT CARD or MAILED CHECK; some exclusions may apply based on the specific travel trailer part and situation.

If you made a retail purchase and have your receipt, returning your unused and unopened travel trailer part is hassle-free. Just bring the item, along with the original sales receipt, back to the store for a full refund or exchange. For returns made with a gift receipt, you will receive store credit for the item’s purchase price at the time of the original transaction.

Even if you don’t have a receipt for a retail purchase, we still offer return options. In this case, the refund will be issued as store merchandise credit, based on the lowest price the travel trailer part was sold for within the last 90 days. To process a return without a receipt, we require a valid, state-issued driver’s license or state ID card for identification. Exceptions & Exclusions to Our Return Policy

While we strive to make returns as easy as possible, some items are subject to exceptions and exclusions. These exceptions are in place due to the nature of the products or specific manufacturer policies.   • Non-Returnable Items: For safety and regulatory reasons, certain items are non-returnable. If any of these items are proven to be defective upon arrival, returns or exchanges must be handled directly with the respective manufacturer under their warranty policies.

  • 30-Day Return Window (Unopened & Unused): Certain sensitive items, particularly electronics and recreational equipment related to travel trailers, must be returned within 30 days if unopened and unused. This category includes electronics, skateboards, bikes, software, bedding, canoes, tents, drones, and kayaks. Please ensure these items are returned within 30 days of purchase in their original condition for a refund or exchange.

  • Defective Products After 30 Days: After 30 days from purchase, returns or exchanges for defective products must be handled directly with the manufacturer. This is because many travel trailer parts come with manufacturer warranties that are best addressed through their specialized service channels. We can assist you in finding the manufacturer’s contact information if needed.

  • Clearance and Outlet Items: Items marked as “Clearance” or “Outlet” are sold as-is and are final sale. These items cannot be returned at any time. This is reflected in the deeply discounted prices of these items.

  • Installed Items: Once a travel trailer part has been installed, we cannot accept it for return or exchange. Installation indicates use and alters the product’s condition. If an installed product becomes defective, any returns or exchanges must be handled directly with the manufacturer under their warranty. We strongly recommend testing parts before installation whenever possible.

  • Returns on Items with Promotional Discounts: If you return items that were purchased as part of a promotional discount, the refund will be prorated. The value of the discount, any free product received, or gift card issued as part of the promotion will be deducted from the reimbursement for the returned items. Items received as free gifts as part of a promotion can only be exchanged if they are damaged or defective and for a direct replacement of the same item. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or applied to previous purchases.
