Please note that dial-up, satellite, “line-of-site”, and Wi-Fi (e.g., 4G LTE) connections are not supported due to reliability and security concerns. While internet-based phone services like Vonage, Magic Jack, Skype, or Ooma are not supported for work communication, should call quality issues arise with your computer and internet connection, a traditional landline may be required. Crucially, for network security and to enable multi-device internet use, you must have a router installed between your internet modem and your work computer. This can be a combined modem/router unit or separate devices.
